This series has always been painful， that has been established since the first chapter when we are not spared even for a second and shit goes down hard。 26 volumes later， you'd think that you are ready for everything， that you've been emotionally wriggled to the point where you assume you've got nothing else to give， no more tears， no more panic。。。 You are just numb and praying that everything will be resolved quickly so your suffering can come to an end。 After 26 volumes you start to believe th This series has always been painful， that has been established since the first chapter when we are not spared even for a second and shit goes down hard。 26 volumes later， you'd think that you are ready for everything， that you've been emotionally wriggled to the point where you assume you've got nothing else to give， no more tears， no more panic。。。 You are just numb and praying that everything will be resolved quickly so your suffering can come to an end。 After 26 volumes you start to believe that maybe Isayama-sensei does have some compassion and mercy after all and that your favourites are untouchable。 I mean， they've already survived for so long， managed to push through situations you wouldn't expect them to survive。。。。。。。。。 and then you realised， yet again， that this series isn't done with you， and that you still have enough feelings left inside you to have them thoroughly hurt， every single one of them。。。！ You've survived 26 volumes， yeah， but Isayama-sensei was only bidding his time and this。。。 this is PAIN！！！！！！！ I've read so many books， seen so many films/shows where a beloved character has died and yet， this just hits differently。 No matter that I've been spoiled the death months before I've actually read and seen it， it COMPLETELY OBLITERATED ME。 How am I supposed to go on now？ How am I supposed to go on reading and watching， knowing that （view spoiler）[Sasha （hide spoiler）] is gone and that （view spoiler）[the possibility of her and Connie ever being a thing， which I was secretly hoping for since season 1 is never going to happen？ （hide spoiler）] HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BE FINE WITH THIS？ HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BE FINE IN GENERAL WHEN MY GODDAMN HEART HAS BEEN SHREDDED TO RIBBONS？？！ And we are not even at the end yet！ Good Lord， how much am I still going to suffer until I can have peace and know my loves are safe？Also， unpopular opinion but I want to kill Gabi。 Yeah， it's definitely my broken heart speaking because hey， it's not like I can't completely understand where she's coming from and why she did what she did （she's the new， female Eren， basically） but that doesn't change the fact that she's incredibly ignorant and narrow-minded。 As a person who had experienced oppression first hand， she should be the one to understand best what Eren and the gang had been through。 Actually， I think they still had it worse in Paradis island because they were born in a cage made of huge walls， facing bloodthirsty Titans ready to eat them the second they'd try to reclaim freedom。 Eldians in Marley are far from being free as well， though at least， they know who they are; they are free to live in the world， as long as they follow the rules and ideology Marley forces upon them。 The Paradis people never had such luxury， they were never given a proper explanation why they have to be squeezed inside the walls like animals awaiting slaughter。。。 So no， I'm sorry， but I don't have much love for Gabi right now。 Someone needs to beat some sense into her and make her see reason before she turns into Eren 2。0 and goes on an irrational rampage provoked by teenage angst and trauma。 Something tells me Falco could be the one to make a real difference - someone who can see and understand both points of view and bring all the Eldians together。 Like I've said before - they are both striving to achieve the same thing， after all。。。 （view spoiler）[ By the way， am I the only one who wasn't surprised that Zeke was working with the Survey Corps？ I mean， the hints were all there and were quite obvious， if you ask me。 The baseball equipment Eren had basically given it away， as did his proclamation of the "duty as an older brother" he was talking about with Colt。。。 🤷♀️ And for his own sake， I hope he's really doing this and it isn't some secret plan to help Marley destroy Paradis， or I'll gladly let my man Levi turn him into a shish kebab once again 😒 （hide spoiler）] 。。。more
